LOGISTICS DIVISION
Vicențiu Serv Logistic, was established in the year 2016, as a result of the constant and increasing demand of road transport of goods, both internally and international.
Detached from Vicențiu Serv as a stand-alone division both from a legal and organizational and financial standpoint, Vicențiu Serv Logistic has taken over and improved all relations and contracts on the Transport Division, proposing a permanent care for improving performance indicators and satisfying the transport needs of our partners as much as possible.
As a location, the headquarters of Vicențiu Serv Logistic is in Dej, str. 1 Mai, nr. 91, Jud. Cluj, owning both large tonnage trucks and small tonnage trucks, the logistic fleet being always ready for any type of internal and international transportation.

The contracts in progress are concluded with the partners with which we have a long history, that proves the constancy and the safety of these contracts.
For the future, Vicențiu Serv Logistic aims to continuously improve the quality of services offered to partners, both through the Logistic Park constantly updated to the technical and technological needs of the market, and by constantly improving the human resources that serve the activity.

FORKLIFT DIVISION
Vicențiu Serv Dej, was established in the year 2016, and took over the service and maintenance activity of Vicențiu Serv for the following reasons:
Vicențiu Serv is a legal person authorized for expertise and endorsement by ISCIR for lifting equipment. The division of activity came as a normal step to avoid the “conflict of interest” that could arise when Vicențiu Serv had to authorize a maintenance work and/or acute repair of Vicențiu Serv. Another reason, it was the need for Control you rigorously on expenditure and income, in general the performance indicators of the activity.
The headquarters of Vicențiu Serv Dej, is in Dej, str. 1 Mai, nr. 93, Jud. Cluj, and has the structured service activity in 2 main divisions:

1. The sales division, which has as its object of activity the sale of new and used equipment. For new equipment, Vicențiu Serv Dej is a Toyota dealer with technical and informational support from Toyota Romania for the performance of the sales activity and postsale. At the same time, the sale of spare parts for lifting equipment, which mainly serves as a service activity, is also covered by this division. Hiring equipment to our customers is the last branch of this division.
2. The service division, which is based on contracts with our partners, and which consists of scheduled and on demand interventions for lifting equipment. Scheduled interventions consist of regular periodic revisions for the proper functioning of lifting equipment, as well as the prevention of any defects that may occur in operation. Application interventions are works which are made at the request of the customer following improper operation of the equipment.

Vicențiu Serv Dej operates with 8 service teams equipped with intervention machines equipped with all the test equipments and tools needed on-the-spot intervention of equipment. For work that cannot be carried out at the customer’s premises, Vicențiu Serv Dej has at its disposal an authorized transport platform for lifting equipment, carrying defective equipment for repair at the company’s premises. Here, we have at our disposal a repair hall structured on the principle traceability the service stages, diagnostic workshops, splintering parts processing workshop, fixed press and furniture for full tires, as well as a hose crimping hydraulic unit.
Permanent care of the company to meet the needs of our customers in the shortest time and under irreproachable quality conditions, make Vicențiu Serv Dej, one of the main players on the Romanian market in this field.
